Battle Speakers were in great form again at the 2nd meeting of 2020. Much was learned: why we should be more goldfish, the inner workings of the Eurotunnel and the art of vocal variety – clearly, our speakers had done their research. Speaking in 3s weaved through an engaging, mouth-watering meeting (yes, food was also a repeated theme), punctuated by good natured humour and laughter. Battle Speakers are in great shape for the upcoming club speech contests!!!
